i think i need to keep making improvised paintings, they capture the essence of the inner dialogue and my subconscious; which i think are more successful to convey a message. the color palette of muddy blues, and green compared with muted rose are representational of the muddy waters in the emotions of making a a decision. the cross roads mimics the tension of decision making, the paralysis of making versus thinking which i struggle with on my creative process and the anxiety of both the future and immediate outcome
